To close your account you must log onto your client area at http://www.hostingways.com/clientarea.php and go to Products & Services > View Details. Please select the option to Close Your Account located at the bottom of the page.
This will place your request in our cancellation queue and our Sales team work with you to ensure that your account is properly closed.
Please note that cancellations may take up to ten (10) business days to process.
